  • All products sold on Smart Ethnics are manufactured by us.
  • We do not source or resell products from third-party vendors.
  • Product images are for reference; minor color or design variations may occur due to lighting, screen resolution, or handmade processes.

5. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive/exclusive of taxes as mentioned.
  • Prices may change without prior notice.

  • Cash on Delivery (India only)

We ensure secure payment processing through trusted payment gateways.

6. Shipping & Delivery (India Only)

  • Currently, we deliver only within India.
  • Orders are usually processed within 24–48 hours.
  • Delivery timelines depend on courier service and location.
  • Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be modified.

7. International Customers

  • We are not offering direct international shipping at present.
  • International customers may contact us via WhatsApp or Call for product inquiry and discussion before placing any order.
  • Any international transaction, if agreed separately, will be handled on a case-to-case basis through direct communication.

8. Returns & Exchanges

  • Exchange or return is accepted only if:
  • Product is defective or damaged at the time of delivery
  • Wrong product delivered
  • Customer must inform us within 48 hours of delivery with proper images/video proof.
  • Customized or altered products are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the fault is from our side.

9. User Account & Responsibility

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details.
  • Any activity under your account will be considered your responsibility.
  • We are not liable for unauthorized access caused by user negligence.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural calamities, or technical issues.
